Center for Faith & the Arts seeks to heighten spiritual experience with the power and meaning of art and to enrich artistic encounters with spiritual wisdom and joy.
In its multiple forms, art affords compelling avenues to the spirit and invitations to engage in soul-work. The spirit searches for structure, expression, and meaning that the arts provide. The Center helps the community develop a greater awareness and appreciation for the spiritual and the artistic, so that all are guided and encouraged in spiritual-aesthetic discovery.
Each of us has a spiritual dimension. We all struggle to find meaning and purpose in our lives and all of us wrestle with basic life questions. The Center for Faith & the Arts celebrates these commonalities and provides the following kinds of opportunities:
